Flu vaccines 2020 - coming soon

Flu vaccines for 2020 are expected to be delivered to us in late March or early April. Please note that government stock (for those that qualify for a free vaccine) is not expected until mid April.

BOOKING FLU VACCINE APPOINTMENTS

We cannot be take bookings for flu vaccine appointments until the stock has arrived, as we have no control over delivery dates. Once stock arrives, you will be able to call or book online to make an appointment.

Once vaccines are delivered:

  • we will notify existing patients by SMS that they can book for their vaccine (unless you have opted out of our SMS reminder system) - you can register as a patient by completing a Patient Registration Form if you haven’t already; and

  • we’ll post updates about flu vaccine availability on our website’s News section and on our Facebook page, which you can “Like” to keep updated.

We do not keep a list of patients to specifically contact about flu vaccines, so ensure you check for updates if you don’t receive an SMS.

We do know that there will be plenty of stock available (12.5 million flu vaccines were distributed last year), so you will not miss out.
