Our online booking system is quick, convenient and easy to use. It allows you to book an appointment with your preferred practitioner at a date and time convenient to you. You can even book an appointment when we our practice is closed. You can also download the HotDoc app for your iOS or Android device to book and manage appointments.

ON THE DAY APPOINTMENTS
Please note that we reserve some appointments for booking by phone on the day - these are for urgent matters only, and are only available for existing patients. If your query is urgent, you can try calling us on 03 8506 9949 to see if any of our urgent slots are available. If we don’t, you may be able to speak to our nurse, and otherwise there is an After Hours Service that we recommend you contact.
NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION FORM
All new GP patients of North Brighton Medical must complete a New Patient Registration Form, even if they have seen your GP before at another clinic.
You can:
do this electronically - your SMS and/or email appointment reminder will have a link to an electronic form, or you can click on the button below; or
arrive 10 minutes early to complete a paper form in our reception area - due to COVID-19, we are trying to avoid this option as much as possible so that patients do not need to touch our pens and clipboards and to minimise the amount of time people spend in the clinic.

In an emergency, you should call 000, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
An emergency includes whenever the patient has chest pains, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, constant vomiting, serious breathing problems, or anything else you deem as life or limb threatening.
