Dr Ingrid Chung is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) and can provide Class 1, 2 and 3 aviation medicals for pilots and trainee pilots, air-traffic controllers, flying instructors.

An Aviation Medical costs $250 plus GST and takes approximately 1 hour.

We prefer Aviation Medical bookings to be made online - select the correct appointment type in the booking platform.

Please ensure that prior to your Aviation Medical appointment, you have completed the pre-medical questionnaire via CASA's MRS portal and paid CASA’s processing fee.

If you are not an existing patient of the clinic, ensure you also complete a New Patient Form.

If you don’t complete these forms prior to your appointment, the consult will not be able to proceed.
